• Development of new income properties, including office, industrial, retail and apartments.
• Development of new for-sale residential and commercial condominiums.
• Provision of commercial and multifamily residential property management, leasing and consulting services to private and institutional investors.

The Company is currently seeking new investment opportunities in the southwestern United States including existing value-added commercial and residential property acquisitions, redevelopment sites, land, and both fee and speculative commercial and multi-family development projects.
